KTS run a series of seminars throughout the year to compliment hands on training. Each seminar focuses on an individual product and lasts for one day. These seminars give attendees the opportunity to learn vital ‘tips and tricks’ from the experts, this helps to make the software even more valuable in its daily use. Please contact us for costs and more details about individual seminars.

‘Webinar’ is a new term coined to capture the idea of the delivery of seminars over the web. KTS uses a desktop sharing technology to provide product presentations, for mini training sessions and support and increasingly as a sales tool allowing customers to evaluate thoroughly the capabilities of our products. We run these both on an ad-hoc basis, and also scheduled on the dates shown. Please contact us if you would like to join any session.

An annual User Group is held for each product. This gives users the chance to meet with one another and share new ideas. During the day users can attend a workshop to raise particular issues they have, they are also shown a preview of the next product release and can catch up on any Autodesk news. All customers with valid service agreements will automatically be invited to the user group.
