The KeyACCIDENT Data Entry Module allows for quick and easy entering of RTA data
which is validated during entry so that it complies with the DfT Stats21 rules.
The Ordnance Survey grid coordinate location of the accident can be quickly
identified and automatically retrieved from a map. Stats 19/20 data can be
quickly and efficiently entered as the screens correspond with the National RTA
data collection form. Each field is validated to be compliant with Stats21 as
data is being entered.
All the details relating to the accident, all the vehicles and all the
casualties can be entered at once or alternatively, if not all the information
is available the data entered can be saved and data entry can be completed at a
later date. |

processed database. Range checks are also made to ensure that data integrity is
maintained. A report is produced if the record fails the Stats21 check. |
