KeyREGS is a comprehensive package for managing Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs).  TROs can be created and maintained quickly and easily using the integrated tools.

TROs are well-structured allowing a variety of search and analysis options.  Time-saving methods allow street sections to be described fully to facilitate searching and analysis whilst maintaining flexibility.

Orders can be sealed and subsequently modified by formal revocation and a complete revision history of changes is kept.

Access to data can be controlled so that some users may only be allowed to view TROs whereas others may have exclusive rights to ‘Seal’ them.

Sealed Orders can only be modified subsequently by formal revocation which might take the form of consolidation or amendment.  This process is simplified by the use of automatically generated and maintained revocation schedules.  KeyREGS naturally keeps track of which Orders are ‘Live’ or ‘Expired’ but also permits temporary orders and ‘Legacy’ orders.

KeyREGS keeps a complete revision history of changes making it simple to verify those items and orders in force on any particular date.

Items can be graphically associated with traffic regulation enforcement controls (signs, road markings, etc.) enabling graphical based searches e.g. items relating to a drawn area or to selected controls, to be undertaken.

The extent to which an Item, Schedule or whole Order relates can be depicted graphically using Autodesk Map or AutoCAD.

Streets are selected using National Street Gazetteer data.

Customisable templates allow for Schedules and Items to be created quickly yet flexibly.
