KTS will again be holding three one day seminars in October for KeySIGN, KeyLINES and KeyACCIDENT. Each seminar provide delegates with an ideal opportunity to learn what is new in each product, as well the chance to be shown vital ‘tips & tricks’ and consolidate existing knowledge.

During October a series of seminars were held for KeySIGN, KeyLINES and KeyACCIDENT. Each seminar lasted one day and gave attendees the opportunity to learn various ‘tips & tricks’ to make the software they use on a daily basis even more valuable.

Delegates marked the seminars as 4.2 out of 5 for there overall usefulness and would recommend the seminars to colleagues. This years Formula Student event took place at Bruntingthorpe between the 5^th – 8^th of July. An event that challenges University students from all over the world to design, build, develop, market and compete as a team with a small single seat racing car.

Key Traffic Systems are pleased to announce the sale of over 300 copies of KeyACCIDENT the UK’s leading Road Traffic Accident analysis system software.

The 301^st copy sold to Atkins is being used on several Highways Agency contracts. Atkins use the full suite of modules including the Data Entry Module for the entry and validation of accident data.

KeySIGN has been launched as the new name for the long established KTS product AutoSIGN, the leading most flexible sign design program. This change is also reflected in the naming of KeySIGN Eire, the Irish version and KeySIGNBASE, the sign asset management database software.

Changes coincide with the re-branding of KTS, positioning these products as uniquely identifiable to KTS whilst complimenting the full range of ‘Leading Edge Highways Software’.

ParkCAD 2.0 is now available through KTS as sole UK dealers.

ParkCAD is a user-friendly CAD program that lets you generate conceptual parking bay designs up to preliminary and final design layouts and also test "what-if" scenarios in seconds.

KeyREGS 4 is the most powerful release of KTS’ Traffic Regulation Order (TROs) software yet. With the advent of decriminalisation KTS took the decision to completely rewrite KeyREGS from the ground up.

With the new KeyREGS you can:

• Create and maintain TROs easily

• Revoke, consolidate or amend items with automatically maintained revocation schedules

• Keep track of changes and see which orders were in force on any date

• Use time-saving methods to enter areas to which items relate, while storing the information in a fully structured manner

• Perform graphical searches by associating items with traffic enforcement controls allowing.

On 15th March 2006 Autodesk retired AutoCAD 2002 and the Map derivatives Map 5 and Map 6. This affects customers who have not managed to upgrade these licenses, to the current version, as they will no longer have the opportunity to do so directly.
